BK wrote: Yikes. Just went through RT scores and read some more information on some of the films and I look screwed on some of them. Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis returning, kinda like Scream 4 but retaining the R (which is what I compared it to) but then the grosses were misleading in the BOM franchise tab. My $64m (exactly the same as the Nun) looks Dead Before Arrival. It'll probably make close to $100m and if it's actually good (currently fresh) might make around $120-130m. Widows looked so, so, so generic. It still does, and although it's not as though Steve McQueen is a draw, perhaps it'll overperform to the tune of the higher predictors in the section. And though a high RT score doesn't mean a movie will do well, I am on the lower end for A Star is Born, A Simple Favour and would probably miss out on The Hate U Give if that strikes a chord. Interesting to see how it all plays out. Had a terrible showing last game. Well, Halloween could honestly open to 64 Million . Buzz is huge. I mean it's finally a Halloween movie opening in October. You wouldn't think that would be so rare. Plus H20, which opened in summer, adjusts to over 100 Million. |

Dammit. I don't know how I typed 67 Million for Hunter Killer. It was supposed to be 37. That's what I have written down. Now I really hope it overperforms but there's no way it does that well. Anyway thanks for doing the backup charts. |

For the points update charts - I'd like your feedback too. Do you want me to only show:
For the movies I show, which order do you want me to show them?

Release date order will be easier to read, and only show the movies that are already out. |

Predator is not getting to $50m. I'll get my points with $40m prediction. |

I truly believe Overlord is going to flop and be a rare misstep for the J. J. Abrams brand. It feels out-of-place in November, and the trailer just seems niche: Nazi zombies set to AC/DC. |

I like the idea of showing the movies that are out plus the ones from the next week. I would put them in alphabetical order, though, with maybe the unreleased movies at the very bottom. I think it'll start to get confusing to find predictions once there's a lot that have been released. These charts look great, though! Thanks for your work. |

I like it the way it's now. Show just the movies that have been released and in release date order. |

Price wrote: I like it the way it's now. Show just the movies that have been released and in release date order. I agree I really like it. We should test it out this way and then later if people think it's too muddled by not being alphabetical it can be changed. I definitely don't think all movies need displayed. Maybe next week's as a reminder of what's on deck. Adding the questions is a great idea. Really nice new format. |

The order is good. But I want to see what I predicted and what others predicted without having to check my PM to MGKC every time. |

I would be into a rule change that says no more PMs. I always enjoy reading peoples lists and seeing how different they can be. And if everyone has access to the same information then nobody is at a disadvantage. |

I prefer to show the whole prediction table with the scoring as before, it just gives the best overview. |

I was the only one to go Life Itself on the theater drop question and am feeling pretty good about it. Venom and A Star Is Born will take all the screens in two weeks and amazon will probably want to salvage the situation by getting it on Prime a$ap. |

Doesn't really matter, but #6 is currently A Simple Favor and #7 is God Bless (which you had as #6). |

So glad I'm one of the top predictors for Holmes & Watson. That's going to do well. |
