At the moment it is looking very much like an Expendables movie in terms of not having a credible villain. Yes he doesn’t look like a memorable Russian villain like Drago was in IV. In fact – he feels rather generic in a “Euro goon No.3 “ type role that you would see in a John Wick or Liam Neeson movie. I hope I’m wrong though. _________________

Re: Creed II> The Blindside Domestic Club It seems there are two fights in Creed II. One in the US and another in Russia. Emulating Rocky IV, it seems. Might also be trying to do a Rocky III in that Adonis might lose the first fight where Rocky dies (just like Mickey did) but win the next one. I don't know. It's a theory.
Rocky is dressed black for one of the fights and blue for another. If I'm guessing, he'll be blue for the first fight, and black for the second (in Russia, as a ghost).

Which would not make it sound all too original, however all the Rocky/creed films have pretty much been about buildup and training that leads to a big fight at the end. There are some things that could be a concern for this film, but I loved the trailers and are still fully on board for this being great.

Re: Creed II> The Blindside Domestic Club I think Creed II is opening to $50m+. From what I'm seeing, people cannot wait for it. Plus it has that whole urban thing which is always underestimated by the WOKJ (White of KJ), and then blows up. Also, Michael B. Jordan is just huge in the urban community. Girls absolutely lose their shit over him.
