Unless Christopher Plummer voices Hopper No issue there since Hopper was eaten by birds. As for Pixar sequels, unless they want to do Inside Out, I don't see any other original films getting sequels. Toy Story 4 is the only on the horizon, but wouldn't be shocked to see an Incredibles 3.

They'll need to wait at least a decade to do Inside Out 2.

Wow, did Disney give the drive in double feature with The Incredibles 2 to IW and not Solo?

So Gotti became Vertical's highest-grossing film in just 1 day.

Re: Incredible Friday Numbers
Any doubt that A Wrinkle In Time could miss $100 million are gone now. It'll get there by Sunday after seeing its biggest day since early April(!).
It may even make the Weekend Top 10.

Re: Incredible Friday Numbers
A Wrinkle In Time's 2,430% increase is the most ridiculous accounting/double feature push that I've ever seen. Up to this time, the worst was Wild Hogs, which went up 241% when POTC3 opened in 2007.
Also, I think we're in unprecedented territory here in terms of the rush out factor of this scale on an animated movie. The previews and midnights are a bit less than GOTG and The Avengers so would not be shocked by steeper drops than usual for an animated movie.

Shack wrote: Wow can Incredibles 2 win the year? Unlikely for a few reasons. 1. This movie reaches a wide audience as does Jurassic World. Even if that opens below expectations, it will hit a big part of I2's audience. 2. There will be more frontloading with this movie than most animated films due to the huge demand and superhero genre. 3. This isn't the kind of movie that really inspires repeat business, unlike Infinity War or Black Panther.

It may even make the Weekend Top 10. Lol it still doesn't make up for the overseas performance. The film is a huge bomb.
