Many family films have a 5 day Thanksgiving OW to dom total ratio around 3. If Ralph manages 90+ for the 5 days it will have a chance here.

I’ve watched the Blu-ray 4 times already it’s really rewatchable.

Was disappointed with this, not nearly as good as the original, IMO. Seemed to lack a lot of the heart and journey of Ralph overcoming his own insecurities. Then again, it's a kids movie, so depth is not really a requirement to entertain. Princess scenes were the best part of the movie.

Never saw the first but this one was pretty shit.

I’m so confused why this isn’t more popular here. Everyone I know liked it. I thought the way they did the Internet was creative, and it was so funny if you know the internet. The Disney scene was so funny and it had a good theme about healthy friendship.

The disney and internet references have been done to death. It was very much a cash grab sequel with little to offer, and limited by its kid friendly and zwackwerm audience. It's relatively harmless though, it's more like the Meet the Spartans, Epic Movie of references instead of jokes animated movie.

PS, Club is a failure! Disney has to be disappointed with it, especially by adding all the disney princesses and SW characters. It's international increase is particularly disappointing. Waited too long, I think my biggest issue is the leads. Ralph is more or less Reilly doing an unfunny version of Cal from TN, mixed with the Shrek characterization, and Silverman is just an annoying character. .

I wonder if Disney will greenlight a third installment? This one was profitable, but maybe not enough for their liking. $350m+ in the black sounds like a lot to me, though.

I am a HUGE fan of the first one. So this one naturally let me down a little. I still enjoyed it, but it didn't quite reach the heights of the first for me. Though Venellope was great. I know Ralph was supposed to be annoying, but they probably pushed him too far in that direction.

The bit about him doing all the ridiculous viral videos was a bit much. There was a lot more potential throughout in the hands of better writers.

Yeah, Ralph 2 has to be one of the worst Disney animated films ever made. On par with Home of the Range and Chicken Little perhaps.
The first, though, is very good under every aspect. Watch it!
