He's getting paid to do this job and couldn't bother to do any research for this interview. There are many professionals who would actually research their guest and prepare for it. They would have been better off having a random fan of the series interview them.

Well, that's why affirmative action is a stupid idea. ;) But really, I still don't see it as embarrassing. He's just a campy ET television presenter. He's not meant to know everything. He's not James Lipton! And it's a good thing that people don't know things and are honest about that, it's how people learn. I bet loads of people watching also didn't know it was a fictitious town, and now they do.

I can definitely see this opening over $50M now. Just showed my mom the new trailer and soon as JLC showed up she got excited. This is going to have massive appeal towards older fans of the franchise who weren't interested in the Rob Zombie films. If this gets a healthy a turn out from both older and younger fans than it's truly going to EXPLODE.

I don't know, I was excited about the spree scene but I feel like this trailer shows too much. I'd rather see that part in the actual movie. They could have just done one trailer for it and that would have been good enough.

I guess they need that to build hype. I don't think the movie was getting enough hype at this point with just the first trailer specially with those early "fake" negative reviews from a screening.

Well that's good. I wasn't really expecting the second trailer to have a big focus on it so was kind of disappointed. I'd like to have it be a surprise.

Cool. I'm not as excited as I should be about Creed II, but a good screen test is better than a bad one, so good for it.

This is going to crush come next month. Just going by the early TIFF reactions it sounds like a real crowd pleaser and the Halloween sequel fans have been waiting for. I'm not sold on an $80M OW just yet, but if The Nun can do close to $55M with bad reviews and less hype/buzz than I don't see why a $60-$70M OW can't happen.

This will be the EVENT must see film of October.
