huh, it actually has a 7/10 average so far. I mean it's only 7 reviews but I was expecting much worse.

Scarlet Johanson is a attraction and mind hypnosis most of the time ya know. It should do fine at the box office and with critisa and audiences.

Not a good sign for Ghost in the Shell. A fanboy film like that should appear sooner.

Now it's up to #4. Should pass Life for third any time now.

Yes and the topic is just too niche for audience to go for GitS, plus the market had to cool down at some point. March exploding in this fashion clearly didn't help it. Also I think they might be looking for OS audience for this one.

TBB looks to do decent this weekend would be nice to have another weekend with a $30m+ opener, hopefully a $40m+ opener.

I'm curious to see how BatB holds this weekend. Can it make it to $50m this weekend?

Ghost In the Shell at #4 on MT. Boss Baby at 16%, guessing it'll have solid previews since they start at 5.

And the usual Spring Break factor. That GITS number doesn't impress me. It definitely won't be another Lucy.

With these numbers from MT, Ghost in the Shell might not hit 20M this weekend.

Just starting here. Boss Baby going to be tough to gauge with previews - 5pm is super early.

I've succumbed to the obvious now and am predicting 40 Million for Boss Baby. MT doesn't lie (except with Black Mass ;)).

I've been tossing $40m around in my head but those reviews are a letdown. I actually liked the trailer and thought it was a cool concept.

Guess audiences just aren't paying attention to reviews. Hasn't been a big animated movie since LEGO Batman so that's apparently helping.
