Luckily, movies we don't predict are not counted in the top 5. Last time that happened, American Sniper slayed all.

I wonder if A Cure for Wellness lost more theatres in its third weekend than The Space Between Us. Went from 2,704 to...still unknown.

It certainly looks like it. I cannot find one cinema playing it in the big cities, and even on its second weekend, it dropped a huge 67.8%!

Lots of Logan predictions around the $200m mark, so I guess loads of us will benefit from that.

#10 is practically a lock for get out, great call by me and publicenemy.

It's looking pretty insane now that we didn't predict Get Out .

I fucked up with Beauty and the Beast.

If Kong misses Batman, a bunch of people will get the top 5 right.

Will Kong pass Get Out? Will Fast 8 do over $200 mil?

Get Out is a non factor in the top 5 as it was not included in the movies to predict.

Yep, it's a little weird. I added it to mainly prevent the top 5 from being thrown off by a blockbuster suddenly being added to the release window after predictions have closed.

13 Cloverfield Lane was a smaller indication of what could start happening more often in the future - it was not known what it was at the time predictions closed, as the trailer and official title were released sometime in Jan if I remember right. That could start happening on a bigger scale in the coming years for the right type of movie.

I'd rather have the Top 5 predictions be based on known and predicted movies only - it makes the "no one has ever got the top 5 right ever" factoid even more insane.
