Superman didn't reach $300m so I highly doubt WW will reach even if it has the advantage of being the first female superhero movie and the demi-god factor. To be honest it all the good factors and advantage to become the next Deadpool but I still think it will do less than MoS.

From some impressions I've read, Wonder Woman is hardly the show stealer.

But I'm sure this will be able to do quite well, regardless of BvS's reception. There's big money to be had in a female superhero kicking ass. I'll say an $80M OW is the floor.

As of now its also releasing alongside Transformers 5 and even though that will decline from the last its not an ideal date. A week before is only Kingsman 2 and I don't see that one being HUGE in summer. The new Spidey movie comes in its current third weekend. I just can't see it having a 3 multiplier even with $100m opening.

I know both of my showings were aimed towards hardcore fans... but both times the biggest cheer/reaction BY FAR was Wonder Woman, and it wasn't even close. It was a SUPERHERO entrance, and Snyder fucking NAILED IT.

This has $300 mil written all over it.

WW and Batfleck's responses are testaments to how little impact - either way - BvS will have. Missed opp when it could have been an epic launch pad, but regardless.

Solo WW and Batfleck films would be huge. Say Suicide Squad is well received.

If the Batleck + Deadshot + Joker movie happens?

It will challenge records NO DOUBT.

Ya, this is gonna be huge. People are digging Gadot and it has the novelty factor.

Disney is dumb for not jumping on a like 70 million dollar budget Black Widow movie. People love her and yet they insist it's not necessary. Oh well!
