Arrival isn't forgotten, it's just kinda niche.

The ~iconic~ (to the general public) sci-fi films of the decade are Gravity, The Martian, to a lesser extent Interstellar. Prometheus isn't iconic but you could say it's infamous, there was a lot of discussion around that film and still is. Then you have films like The Hunger Games, Inception and Lucy that are technically sci-fi but don't really register to the public as such.

Though not my choices for the iconic sci-films of the 2010's, I'd say these are the ones the general public would cite as such:

Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Guardians of the Galaxy
Jurassic World
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
