Fast 8 has to get an A. It would be strange for it to get anything lower considering the previous entries in the franchise. I mean, 2 Fast 2 Furious even got an A-. The fans of these films are retarded.

Yeah, I felt too lazy predicting 5 films this weekend.

This week is the sort of test I relish. No sequels! No franchise films! Nothing with a built-in fan base! Nothing to base our predictions on besides good old-fashioned gut instinct (well, obviously there's data out there but nothing as reliable as "what its predecessor did").

Latin Lover should get an A given the crowd it attracts.

The Circle will be B because I presume a lot of target audience won't be pleased with its theme.

I can definitely see an A for Latin Lover. Can't see less than an A-.

The Circle got a D+

That means I was closest with a B-, but still really far off.

Also I think it shows that:

People prefer sequels, franchise films, or something based on something.

Laughable score for The Circle. Maybe they mis-marketed the film and attracted loads of people that shouldn't have attended.

Most people can't give their privacy away fast enough - they're in no mood for anyone daring to mock their decision.

Latin Lover got an A as expected. Worse score than I thought for The Circle but its not really surprising, I just couldn't see the audience liking it.

I can't even believe that score for The Circle. That's awful. You'd think it had a bad ending or something for audiences to dislike it that much.
