November 2019 is a lot weaker now that Wonder Woman and Bond have exited to 2020. Though 2020 is now taking shape with some big tent poles. |

I think they just want to replicate the summer release date of the first. They have also taken the slot of The Six Billion Dollar Man which has been delayed (its a WB film too). Plust this way they arent too close to The Joker. |

WW honestly should've stayed. The only big film for that November is Frozen 2 now. Kingsman 3 won't be that big and who knows how that new Terminator will turn out. The new date will probably help it gross closer to the original domestically at least |

Charlie's Angels snags WW2's date, 11/1/19. That and Kingsman releasing close to each other is dumb. |

The Silence has vacated from its 12/7/8 slot. As of now, a tiny horror movie called The Possession of Hannah Grace is the sole wide release for 2 straight weekends. Would have been a good space for The Girl in the Spider's Web. |

They should've just opened Into the Spiderverse on 12/7, although I guess if it did poorly it'd have less screens on Christmas. |

Yes its ridiculous to have two empty weekends - even at that time of year. Perhaps Deadpool could move to the 7th (or perhaps Mortal Engines as it looks destined to tank anyway). I can understand why studios avoid those two weeks but let's not forget the right films can work - i.e. Behind Enemy Lines and Ocean's 11 in 2001 and Last Samurai and Honey in 2003. |

They should open Mary, Queen of Scots wide on that weekend. The trailer definitely had buzz. With 2500+ theaters it could probably pull in about $15M and be #1. |
