I think Fox is in a state of transitioning before Disney takes over. These scheduling moves were largely made to accommodate the Disney deal. |

My guess is the Deadpool movie in December could be a sitcom-style holiday special with some movie clips mixed in. |

They dropped Schmidt a while back (thank God!). They then hired Anne Hathaway and have since replaced her with Margot Robbie. |

Ah, I'm not up on my Barbie news! Cool. Well, Robbie would be the best of all three, but still I'd have thought someone more like Teresa Palmer or a young Nicole Kidman. Robbie is a bit too slutty and wide-mouthed to be Barbie. I guess at least she's blonde and thin. |

They've seriously changed their original intention for a Barbie movie. It was supposed to be about body positivity and such, hence casting Schumer. But now they're casting real-life Barbie's  . They must have changed the script.

I think Conjuring still has life left in it – enough so that they can use the third film to set-up another haunting and potentially more spin-offs and still have the Warrens’ cameo in Annabelle 3. Plenty to mine from this universe yet. They’ll want further spinoffs after the 1st film spawned Annabelle and the 2nd spun off in to The Nun and eventually The Crooked Man. |

Jungle Cruise will now open on July 24, 2020. An Untitled Marvel Film was removed from its July 31, 2020 date. |

Jungle Cruise joins a host of films fleeing 2019 for 2020. Decent move - I wonder if Jumanji 2 will have a positive or negative e impact on it. Good spot for Angry Birds. |

For many, Jungle Cruise, at least visually, will be the unofficial Jumanji 3. Seems like a bad move for Dwayne. Surprised he wants to be type-cast as that guy in those types of films. Then again I suppose after his recent failures he just wants hits. |

Wonder Woman 1984 moves to June 5, 2020. Ugh, so long. So weird that this will now release after Birds of Prey , unless that moves too... Guess it's good that it won't be that close to Joker anymore and it'll have summer weekdays. |
