Yeah, 200m club would make more sense, thats more in the realm of ballsy predictions. 250m is just an insane prediction that has 0.0000001% chance of happening. It just wont do it, and more then likely will come 100m short of it. |

Reason why itss a stretch is because to is Iron Man is still a b-level character. The trailer is very good but its not close to the level of the Transformers trailers and I dont think it will that close in a gross range to Transformers. Like most people said 200 would be more of a challenge. I also get the impression is that itss harder for people to symphasize with him since hes a billionaire who sells and makes weapons to kill around the world |

I would say in the 60/160 million range. I think it'll have a solid showing though, and be well liked. |

I think they are doing a good job with this. A nice 150+ million should be in, starting a succesful franchise. I also think it will have good WOM... Seems like a kind of movie which is really easy to like and have fun with. Oh and Robert Downey will finally become a star, after having been around for 20 years, and having even disappeared for almost a decade. It was about damn time. |

After much thought, I'm in.. I don't think 250 Million is that big a deal, especially for a movie catered to all ages with actual humor, a good cast, damn good FX and not dark and gloomy and depressing like some other movie coming out in July, Plus the whole MARVEL Crossover with the HULK being in the movie and vice versa is also going to be something new and exciting perhaps since we've never seen this sort of thing... |
