Yes, I think so, too. Once everyone has read the book that summer, they'll be clamoring for more... Going through withdrawals, in a sense.
I think it'd be smart to put it out in November. Besides, I think PoA proved that summer might not be the best time of year for an HP movie anyway. I think the Thanksgiving holiday has proven the best time for HP and I think WB would be wise to keep it that way.
