No way. HP1 will have the bigger opener, but if 4 is any good, the legs should even up the score. |

HP4 will take it easily 195m-198m for the 10-day. 100m+ opening wknd 55m+ 2nd wknd 35-40m for the wk days HP4 will smash potter 1 for atleast the first two wks of its run. It should top out with a little less overall. BJs curent prediction: 308m |

It can if its very well done. The first one was also released on Thanksgiving, so we're dealing with the same time frame. And Columbus's versions did not go over that well that there isn't room for improvement. If anything, i think less people would show up for the opening because they still assume it will be like the earlier ones, and wom will get them into theatres a little later. Thus, smaller opening weekend, but smaller drops for longer legs as well. |

Hmmm, over, thanks to the opening week. The second weekend should be smaller, though. |

Over, most likely. About 100m opening weekend, 50+ second weekend and 35-40+ weekdays. |
