The greatest band ever! I strongly urge everyone to check them out. You will be very surprised to find out that you're already familiar with some of the music. Why? Because it has been used for so many trailers and in various films. The female vocalist, Lisa Gerrard, is now on her own, and she was one of the forces behind the Gladiator soundtrack (irrespective of the film's quality, the score and soundtrack are wonderful), as well as Whale Rider.

Any other fans out there?

I had their album from 10 years ago just to hear that one song they used to play on the radio. It sounds like the Doors, I think the name was Ubiquius Mr something. I cant quite remember the name. Yeah their sound is very unusual and kind of reminds me of the band Enigma. And did you start this thread Box because I mentioned Lisa Gerrard's wailing voice in the one thread?
