40. "America" by Razorlight
Was also on Algren's HM, pretty great song.

39. "Traffic" by Tiësto
Was never into Tiesto or trance in general for that matter, not my kind of song. I'd say I'm generally on board with Shack that songs without lyrics are less my thing.

38. "Weak" by Skunk Anansie
The name rings a bell, but not into their music when I was younger. This is a pretty good song though.

37. "Nothing Compares 2 U" by Sinéad O'Conner
Poppy, famous balad, but not a high ranker for me.

36. "Open Sesame" by Leila K
Bit of a strange song, didn't mind it, but a bit too odd.

35. "Push the Button" by Sugababes
I played this and a lot of the Sugababes songs in my teens, pretty catchy, but none of their songs stand our for me.

34. "In and Out of Love" by Armin van Buuten feat. Sharon Den Adel
This is one of the better Trance songs I've ever heard I think.

33. "Hometown Glory" by Adele
Adele is good, but this song is just pedestrian to me.

32. "This Time" by John Legend
Not a very well know JL for me, but it's good and love his music.

31. "Children" by Robert Miles
Great Trance song, pretty classic sound that I knew, but I would never have been able to place it. Think I'll remember it now.

30. "Who Do You Think You Are" by the Spice Girls
I like the Spice Girls music back then, this would not be one of my favorite songs though. Prefer Viva Forever, also Wannabe, but they got plenty of good hits. I was considering a song of them for my Top 50, but ultimately, I noticed there wasn't a song really cared for at this time still. Same story with the Backstreet Boys, which I equally liked at that time, I had posters of both of them in my room. Think I didn't see the Backstreet Boys in your list, and considering it, find it surprising actually. Your list is definitely pop so far, which is completely cool, it's how I'd define my taste too, and in all truth, pop is simply a very wide genre.

Noticed some good and classic HM's too, but I'm just sticking to listening to the 50 now.

29. "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga
Saw it zwackerm's list also, it's a rather good recent song, but I never listened to Gaga much.
I think I actually prefer her "Millions Reasons" if I had to put any song of her on right now.

28. "Unchained Melody" by the Righteous Brothers
One of the first real meh's on the list, maybe it's a song that can grow on you, but I just found it average on first listen.

27. "Empire State of Mind" by Jay-Z featuring Alicia Keys
Good song, took ages to load on vimeo for me though, but also not a top RnB song for me.

26. "Cryin'" by Aerosmith
It's OK, I'm not so familiar with Aerosmith besides "I don't want to miss a thing", which is a great song btw.

25. "Alone" by Heart
A good and powerful balad, there's heaps I prefer over it, but love 80's music, and wish/ hope you have more of those.

24. "Take Me To Church" by Hozier
Without a doubt one of the best songs of the last few years. It did cross my mind for my own top 50, but I've simply never really listened to it much for it have any meaning for me. Feel comfortable calling it a modern classic though.

23. "Shake it Out" by Florence + The Machine
Good song, Florence does have a very nice voice, but the song is quite forgettable for me too.
Especially because it's sandwiched in between much better songs I think.

22. "Earth Song" by Michael Jackson
Simple can't go wrong with Michael ever, even though this is not one of my favs, such high level of music, he's got bunches of great songs.

21. "My Immortal" by Evanescence
Never like this style of music much, but I remember this being a very popular song back in the day.

20. "You Know I'm No Good" by Amy Winehouse
Valery is more known to me, either way, never cared much for her music.

19. "Because of You" by Kelly Clarkson
Clarkson is a pretty good pop singer, I listened quite a lot to her earlier songs. Like this one a lot too.

18. "Without You" by Mariah Carey
Nice story you have attached to this, Mariah's got some hits, but I feel her good songs were all before my time and I never listened to her much.

17. "Vogue" by Madonna
Made some some great songs through the years, not so fond of this one though. And anyway, never really got into Madonna either.

16. "I Gotta Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas
Great song, even if just because it's so good at setting the mood.

15. "Follow Your Arrow" by Kacey Musgraves
It's an alright country song, bit catchy too.

14. "Uprising" by Muse
Good Muse song, still generally not really into their music.

13. "Ex-Factor" by Lauryn Hill
A weak choice for me, I got bored of the song very quickly.

12. "Pure Shores" by All Saints
Of course, just love, love, love it. Nice to see it ranked this high.

11. "Say it Right" by Nelly Furtado
Furtado was very good at that time, like this song a lot too.

10. "Confide in Me" by Kylie Minogue

Can't go mentioning Kylie without some honourable Kylie mentions.

In Your Eyes - my favourite track off of Fever

Can't Get You Out Of My Head

Red Blooded Woman - Easily the best song on Body Language

Slow - honestly just here for the hot men in swimwear.

Spinning Around - The song that kicked off what I'd call Kylie's golden age, a decade of dance pop excellence.

Kylie's songs been nice, but I never got much into her music, similar to Sugababes. Fun to listen at the time, but they're not standing the test of time for me to keep their appreciation.

9. "Zombie" by the Cranberries
It's this kind of 90's hit, but I can never like this song much, don't hate it, but it's just so "zeurig" to me.

8. "Makin' Me Look Good Again" by Drake White
Don't particularly like country music, but this doesn't even feel like an average one to me. Doesn't get to me at all.

7. "Trick Me" by Kelis
Always like Kelis and this song, nice pick.

6. "To The Moon and Back" by Savage Garden
I bought and listened to a greatest hits album of SG before, and this deservingly is on it, might be my favorite of theirs as well.
