On first listen Praying is still by far the best song. But much better than Witness.

I have never heard of these before. My younger brother recommended them to me. I like this album, but I wonder if others know them.

Buckethead is a super-prolific guitarist. He is a cult favorite among metal/progressive-rock fans who value speed and virtuosity. He played with Guns N' Roses for a while during the many years when it was just Axl Rose and session musicians.

Not surprising considering Antonoff is the producer on both Lorde's last album and this new Taylor single, but I'm also getting strong feeling of Madonna/Mirwais/Music era here. I think it's a good song on the first listen.

I have a feeling that Reputation will be hugely successful coming off her commercial career high 1989, but will not be as well received overall and her seventh album will begin her decline.

This will be her Prism, in another word.

It's not all that impressive, but I like that she is trying new things.

So I read the interpretation that "Look What You Made Me Do" is about herself, not feuding with anyone else. Basically it's like this version of Taylor had been hiding inside the old Taylor the whole time watching her play the media game, and now that new Taylor has killed old Taylor and is explaining the reasons why she resented her and saying "Look what you made me do". The music video has a lot of potential

Taylor is so dark. She'll be covering "Bela Lugosi's Dead" next.
