Fiona and Rina both have crazy high meta scores. Will check em both out over the weekend. Also found some other jams. April was very light thus far but this New Music Friday alone should be able to fill out the column on the main site.
Dance Gavin Dance releases next week. I didn't love the single, Prisoners, but their last four albums have been fantastic.

Fiona album is pretty good. I think I’ve given every one of her albums a B+ and this will keep that streak alive.
This is like a month old but Elijah Woods x Jaime Fine once again slay me to pieces with their latest song "Want You Back" please go out of your way to listen to their tracks. They pure gold.

Best song Charli has put out in awhile. Love it. Will be a tough choice between it and Mind Reader for song of the month.
New Evanescence song is meh though. Disappointing after such a long wait.
I prefer Caution to Fire In Bone. But both are pretty good.

Just discovered In This Moment. I may have heard some of them on a random playlist at some point considering they've been around for a little while now, but I wasn't aware of the band.
Some of it is perhaps overtly sexual, and maybe just trying to capitalize on that "shock factor" to garner attention, but outside of that I've really enjoyed the majority of the songs/albums so far. The live performances I've seen leave a good deal to be desired though, but I'll give that a pass for now since most seem to poor audio/poorly recorded. I'll be a bit disappointed if they're truly not good live.
