Do you think that Lady Gaga is just treading down the same paths that Madonna and Marilyn Manson already did? Most if not all major artists today have been shaped by some major artist of the past, so why would that even be a bad thing. Maybe Gaga will be a version of Madonna for the next 20 years. Either way, I'm just enjoying her style, music and expression though I can tire of her actual speaking voice sometimes. It's very dry. |

Everything Gaga is doing Madonna has done and better. I'd take "Everybody", "Holiday" and "Like A Virgin" any day over "Just Dance", "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance" (comparing both artist's early songs). |
