Toxic deserves to win Best Dance Recording, that was the most addictive pop song in the last five years, if you ask me. That and none of the others really had me up dancing...

Wilco got snubbed.

Ray Charles will sweep ;)

Wow, some incredibly horrible nominations. :x 10 for West? "Yeah" and "Let's Get It Started" for best song? They may be okay songs to listen to in the car, but the best of the best? I don't think so.

Joss Stone has a chance of taking home 2 Grammy Awards, which is amazing, she deserves them.

I didnt even know Kanye was in the running for 5 Nominations. I thought Usher was just gonna sweep up nominations(I thought he would get 13).

And Alicia keys getting 8 is a small suprise to me.

I think, come Grammy night, Alicia wil suprise again and take home 4 grammys.

Im so proud of Joss Stone. She deserves those nominatons...really. She deserves the awards too!

And Britney Spears better get a grammy...its been long over due!

Remember when I said The grammys would get quite a few things right?

 But I didn't expect this much. Bjork for best female pop vocal performance, Kylie, The Black Eyed Peas with tons of nominations (haha, actually I jsut though I'd give that a mention for the haters  ).

REally good.

Still, no Loretta  (And still she managed 5 (!!!!) nominations) . She better win best collaboration. In fact,s he better sweep the country categories.

But ahhh, best female country performance is hard. Loretta's Miss being Mrss is wonderful, but so is (as always) Martina and Alison Krauss's hauntingly beautiful You Will Be My Ain' TRue Love.

Still, I'm more satisfied than I ahve been in past years :)

Yay Loretta. 2 country song of the year nominations :D

Soeaking of Allison Krauss, both You Will Be My Ain True Love and Scarlet Tide are nominated for best song from a motion picture, jsut like at the Oscars. YAY.

Gretchen, Lonely Boys, or Maroon5 better take best new artist

P.S. I'm happy about many nominations, but I couldn't behappier about anything, than Dixie Chick's nomination for their performance of Top of the World, their best song to date.

:)

Yes, I totally agree. He is very overrated, and his album Confessions sounded so generic, and stupid. He is probably going to win some, but lets just hope he doesn't win all of them.

His nomination for album of the year is completely undeserving (but then again beiung the #1 album of the year and all I expected it. But if Loretta had goten in instead of him, and she had also gotten a record of the year, the nominations would be nearly perfect :) )

Ahhh...I actually think Kanye West deserves tow in best new artist, but I'd love to see him lose just to see what kind of crap he goes aorunds saying when he loses. I hate artists like that).

Yes, she is. Her second album was so awesome, and she should come out on top, and win most of the awards over Usher anyway.

So I take it you like her better, maybe? :P

I'll agree with you, although they are both a little overrated, imo.
