Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Idk if BTS will have enough steam to overthrow WAP but it'll debut top 5 at least. And week after new Blackpink/Selena Gomez song should go top 10.

Travis Scott released a song for Tenet today. Possibly could have hit #1 if released on Friday, but probably still gets top ten.

Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Mood by 24kGolden will be a #1 hit. Calling it now. I think it would have made a much better song of the summer than Rockstar (though it is possible Mood gets old after a few listens too.)

Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Wow Katy still hasn’t been #1 on itunes. The final NEEDTOBREATHE album seemed to have the most preorders and now Metallica’s S&M2 is hanging out at the top. Metallica are one of the biggest (and best) artists ever but it would be sad to lose to a live album. Shame, cause Smile is quite good.

It's time for Perry to go meet her destiny as permanent Las Vegas performer. She has the perfect song for it and everything

Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Killers debut at #8 with only 37k. They needed those concert bundles! Taylor still #1 with 98k. Lover was actually only on top for a week if I recall correctly, since Tool came out the next week and then Post Malone the week after.

Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
Taylor finally got knocked out of #1 on the albums chart after seven weeks by Big Sean. His album was pretty good too though.

Re: Billboard chart discussion thread
the upcoming ROTY/SOTY winner "Blinding Lights" breaks the record for most weeks inside the top 5 ever. Most weeks inside the top 5 on pop ever was just detroned on the airplay charts after 23!!!!! weeks on top.
what a fucking monster. Will go down in history as one of the biggest hits ever and imho, bigger than Circles.

New Travis Scott single isn’t doing very well. Might miss a top 10 debut.
