What is the younger generation's first boobs on screen movie? Children of the 70s have Apollonia in the Godfather as a touchstone and Rose in Titanic was the 90s equivalent. The 80s I guess would be the famous Fast Times at Ridgemont High scene or Revenge of the Nerds.. Has there been one since that stands out? |

Margot Robbie in Wolf of Wall Street is mind blowing. But the answer is probably Daenerys in S1 of Game of Thrones which is going to turning 12 year olds into men on illegal torrents for generations to come. Titanic's was the best because it was actually a movie people brought their kids to |

First boobs in a film, not sure. But first boobs in the cinema, as far as I remember: Shannon Elizabeth in American Pie. This topic deserves it's own thread btw. |

Pigs are flying, we actually got a new poster (Para) that made 2 posts. I've been lazy tweeting lately but I think a tweet with Captain Marvel brought in a message board friendly demo maybe more than something like Crazy Rich Asians. Too bad it is not summer but Venom and Halloween are not bad fits |

Why did it take me this long to listen to the Joe Rogan podcast? His interview with Elon Musk is pretty wild |

Because Joe Rogan. To go back to boobs for a second, my first in movie theaters? If you don’t count nipple, it was Kelly Preston in Jerry Maguire. Seeing them flop around during that sex scene made quite an impact. That was also my first R-rated movie. But since we all count nipple, it was a few months later with Milla Jovovich in The Fifth Element. |

To get emo for a second, most frustrating time of my life. I've been basically having a 2.5 year nervous breakdown and my brain doesn't work normally enough to have honest reactions to film, tv shows, sports, etc. I have psychosomatic symptoms like flashing or street lights being too blurry. I figured out that people call this CPTSD. I've tried every explanation but I just can't get out of the fog and for all my efforts things just got worse. All I want is to able to respond to art like I used to be able to. I went back and looked at old tweets from when it started around March 2016 and I was complaining about being dead exhausted for weeks. I feel like I just never woke up. I used to have miniature versions of this and my plan was to go to bed at 9 PM or something, then when I woke up I would know the exact feeling of having everything reset. Then one day that stopped working and two years went by. I think I figured out that it happened on the exact day my grandpa died. I went back and looked at my post history here and it feels like even my post's writing became a little bit different after that. The thing is my grandpa was not a big part of my life. My family on that side was one of those where his kids don't want to talk to him because he was presumably an asshole, probably abusive. My aunt and uncle on that side are both pretty fucked in terms of having connection to other people and my father became the "normal" one but really just because an narcissist who BS's his way to surface normalcy. So I only met any of them like once every 5 years, and my uncle basically never. But the last time I saw my grandpa was less than a week before he died, and he was still living at home at the time, so maybe the surprise made an effect. I had a stronger connection to my grandma who I saw more after he died (she lived like a year longer) than the rest of my life combined up to that point, but I don't think her death had as much of a direct impact on me. It would have made more sense if losing her was what caused me pain. The only other explanation I can think of other than somehow being traumatized by his death or afraid of ghosts or some shit, is maybe it was the day I realized my father would never change. A part of me might have thought he was just waiting for his father to die to start living freely, but his reaction that day was to show less than nothing, on the surface he just treated it like a normal day, did not fly out there until a month later to deal with the house, etc. It became obvious that whatever effect his father had on him wasn't going to change because of death. Maybe there being no light at the end of the tunnel for having a emotionally unavailable father had a crushing effect. |

What's your favorite Halloween costume? I once went as Tiger's Wood the year after his sex scandal. I also went as a love triangle one year. Those were my most creative. |

I love Halloween. Usually make my own costume. My favorite is an astronaut, with a jet pack and legit helmet that one button opens the face part immediately. And I went for the orange instead of the white. Also rematching Austin powers. Elizabeth Hurley and Heather Graham, they are so hot. Hotter than any Bond Girls. |

We did Halloween once when we were younger. My mum only let us do it once. I dressed up as a Dracula type with a bin bag and face paint and red horns. My brother dressed up as a ghost, I think. We had pumpkins on our window sill most years, though. |
