It used to be a foregone conclusion Lecter would get to century mark in posts first, but he's off the grid, along with two of the top 5 in Chippy and Libs. Algren could be an alternative, or will KJ die with zwackerm reaching many years later as lord of the ashes? |

Lecter is just too far ahead, but with his current rate of posting it will be a few years probably. Algren perhaps makes 10K posts a year and think Lecter will get to it before that if indeed KJ doesn't die before that. |

Yeah. Lecter could stay away until 2020 and still be the first to hit 100,000. The forum simply isn't active enough for any member to make more than 5-6 thousand posts a year at most. Magnus is not consistently posting. Chippy has "left". Libs never posted much anyway. And so it's mainly just me as the most active high-post-count member here, and even I will not reach 100,000 before 2022. Dare I say this thread was created too prematurely?

Being the first poster to 100,000 is like winning a Biggest Loser contest - participating in online communities is generally a positive activity, but when you are up to 100K posts on a small forum likeWOKJ, it's closer to a sickness than anything else. |
