Re: Guess my new job Not much anymore. It's not that interesting a market for us anymore with the rise of the tube sites. My job with them involved much of what you mentioned though. Concept, design, development, maintenance, promotion/marketing and optimization. When you've got enough sites running or in development, that can take a whole lot of work.
Just creating a single site is not that much work, no, but there's very few companies who do just that. And if it does grow to a size where depending on one site is possible, a ton of work will go into constant tweaks and improvements to maintain and grow your audience.
