Really sucks. Couldn't eat anything for most of the day today, otherwise the symptoms would have returned. The problem is that the kinds of food that cause it happen to be some of my favorite foods (fatty, spicy stuff)

I like foods that are no good for me (fatty,spicy) so I take acid indigestion pill every morning or I will get heartburns.
It sucks but I refuse to change my diet.

It is exactlky the same for me, only that I do not take the pill every morning, btut only when I know that I might be eating something that might cause heartburn. But today the pill didn't work. I even took a second one, to no effect. Been suffering for 6-7 hours. Haven't eaten anything in almost 20 hours now.

That's why I take it every morning so it doesn't creep up on me and ruin my whole day

I have had a hiatal hernia for the past 6 years and been taking medication everyday to fight my constant heartburn. It sucks but there is good medicine out there to fight it.
