It doesn't mean Trump is going to be a psycho like president Pence or Cruz would be.

It was a great speech by Donald, probably his best. Liberals are more interested in division than Trump right now.

The first quote was referring specifically to Trump's views on homosexuality, and I stand by the second, just because he gave a good speech and doesn't want to divide people doesn't mean he's doing a good job

Rand Paul has an alternative to Obamacare.

Does it make his campaign contributors richer? Just asking, because that's usually what his alternatives are about.

Corporate donations typically go to Democrats and Hillary dominated Trump in overall contributions. But do carry on.

Not sure of your point. I hate Trump and think he is a left-wing dildo. I also hate Carter. I did not vote for Trump.

I was talking specifically about Rand Paul.

Cauis, what is your definition of left-wing?

In the American parlance, Against free flow of goods, Against social security reform, more state intervention into the economy, free speech restrictions, anti-federalism, single payer health care, and pro abortion are some of the top positions for which Trump agrees, lack of respect for historical institutions, and favorable to massive infrastructure spending, favorable to paid maternity leave, etc.

He doesn't get on board with all the social justice warrior elements and he is admittedly stupid so who knows what his true beliefs are and he is paying pro life lip service now but is about as pro life as Obama was against gay marriage in 2008.

He does take some conservative positions on law and order (but see his anti Federalist sentiments regarding Chicago), pro Military (albeit not an interventionist), and he does love America, and seems somewhat interested in regulatory reform and immigration.

I am sick to my stomach over the immigration executive order he signed today. The man (our president  ) goes against everything America should stand for.

I think the EO is perhaps unconstitutional but what say you about the religious liberty related to not being forced to bake cakes?

If it were to work, it might be worth it. But I highly doubt extreme "vetting" of refugees is going to catch terrorists, and in the meantime, it's making them feel like shit.

Cauis, not sure if that defines left-wing politics so much as it defines political stances you disagree with.

Who do these immigrants think they are, anyway? I mean, it's not like we have some sort of national symbol calling for your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.

I don't understand why you're bringing up cakes right now. At the moment, who cares? We never far more pressing issues.

Like that fascist piece of crap banning actual Americans with green cards from returning to their own country because of their religion and skin color.
