Does Trump honestly believe people need to show ID to buy cereal? He said this last Summer, but I guess he could have been misinformed(?) or perhaps he misspoke (somehow), but he said it again today...  And congrats to Arizona for voting for Sinema -- first female Senator to represent the state, and first Democrat in 24 years. |

Trump was even more horrible over the weekend. He acting like an utter fool when he couldn't even remember the town he just visited. How does he mix up Paradise with Pleasure? Unless he has a very dirty mind. And then arguing raking leaves would have solved the problem. He is kissing California good bye for the Republicans for a generation at this point. |

He's a fucking moron when he's left to his own devices. But Republicans don't care. They sold their soul to have someone in power instead of Democrats, and they'd rather sacrifice morals in order to back a man who clearly has staunch support across America, in spite of himself. |

Well, he is 72 years old. People forget that just because he has the title of president. Being old does make you forgetful and clumsy, but it also makes you not give a shit about being forgetful and clumsy. It would be a lot worse if the president was 40 years old with the same personality. |

I don't see the issue with Ivanka using her private email to send emails. I just read the headline, so I know nothing about this topic other than basic common sense and understanding. Surely the US are not so full of Nazis that they can't just say "it was a mistake, we'll let it slide, but use your gov email in future". Give her a fucking break. She's a fashion designer, not a politician. |

It's obviously a stupid gotchya story. Ivanka team's response was on point "To address misinformation being peddled about Ms. Trump's personal email, she did not create a private server in her house or office, there was never classified information transmitted, the account was never transferred or housed at Trump Organization, no emails were ever deleted, and the emails have been retained in the official account in conformity with records preservation laws and rules." In addition she never had nearly as much power as Clinton was as Secretary of State, nor is Ivanka running for president |

That would be a tough sell. Hillary will be 73 by the time next election goes around. I'm sure Michelle is at this point a more viable female candidate.And even if say Trump gets elected again, she'll only be 43 by the end of his second term. I doubt our country would really double down on a Trump for 16 years straight. To have them in office until possibly 2030 is ludicrous. |

I’d vote for Michelle over just about anyone on either side, but dynasty politicians were destroyed in the last election. Though Ivanka would have the advantage of being the first Really Hot president. The Dems need someone with a fresh name. So I will support my fellow Ohioan Sherrod Brown until someone else wins me over. Liz missed her chance and Kamala is just a remake of Hilary. |

Sherrod Brown seems cool, but the name doesn't sound presidential, but I guess that shouldn't matter. I'd like to see the dems run with a more fashionable choice like Ocasio-Cortez (also filling the really hot factor) or O'Rourke. |
