I legitimately don't get the big fucking deal with the Wonder Woman screening. IT IS ONE SCREENING! It's a fun, harmless idea that does not affect 99.9999% of the population, and yet, people have their knickers in a twist because OMG I'M A MAN AND I WANT TO BE A PREDICTABLE CONTRARIAN AND TRY TO GET INTO THIS SCREENING OF A MOVIE I CAN SEE ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD.

The issue that most people, on both "sides", have is that we often see the other "side" as unreasonable. Which... a lot of times is true. I don't see how it's silly to get upset over women only Wonder Woman screenings because they can just watch it somewhere else? That's literally how people have justified discrimination of non white people and gay people throughout history. But since it's men, it's okay.

It's totally okay to have a women centered screening, but if men show up they should still be allowed access. It's one thing to have an event aimed at a demographic, it's another to use legal force to keep everyone outside that demographic away.
