Why question him? He's the President, we're not.

He knows words, he knows the best words. Fraud > Fake (by a whole character).

Don't forget, he's not just President, he's Modern Day President.

So the email was on behalf of a music promoter business guy that they knew from Miss Universe and not the government? I don't think it's a crime to hear out a regular Russian citizen

I just don't have enough faith in the GOP to do the right thing

Traditional voter for Republicans here: Agree. The only thing you can believe about them is they won't touch your taxes. That is about all.

Yeah that isn't a line a ordinary citizen says.

The email by itself may not be enough to say there's a crime, though it's highly unethical and it shows that they've been lying and not informing FBI and others of their communication with Russia.

But you're ignorant if you think this was a one off. There's 100% more dirt going on that will eventually come out. And frankly this would be the end of Trump if just a quarter of GOP politicians stood up against this .

We have the Magnus confirmation that the Russia story is bullshit.

Seriously, based on everything so far it doesn't rise above any other conspiracy theory. The only difference is the targets are less credible according to, and the enemy of, a mainstream point of view. And the conspiracy theorists are more superficially reasonable from that point of view. If I'm wrong, I could be wrong about any other conspiracy theory.

I would think it is more of a conspiracy to think there is nothing going on

Russia may have wanted Trump to win the election, but there still is no evidence that there was any tampering done.

What exactly do you think the theory is? The argument is whether the Russia made efforts to support Trump campaign (which evidence strongly suggests) and whether trump campaigned lied about not communicating with Russian officials (and the evidence strongly suggests they did lie).

But you go ahead and keep thinking people are crazy for thinking this is likely true because it helps you feel smarter that you're above all these "crazy" people .

What the media keeps referring to and hinting at. What it wants. What Keith Olbermann keeps ranting about every night. You must hear all the comparisons and references to watergate. What's been reported on so far isn't worth the coverage.

Saying coverage is too much is fair but that shouldn't then make one dismiss fairly clear signals of unethical / illegal behavior.

Well yeah, but how surprising is it? People knew who they were voting for. Most of it just seems foolish or careless though. Why would Flynn lie after making a call he should have expected to be listened to? Why would Sessions lie about a random meeting with a diplomat that was a regular part of his job? If they are this bad at covering it up, why hasn't anything else leaked?

What Donald Junior did might be considered illegal. It sounds to me like one of those cases in which the legal interpretation has a partisan split. It at least gets closer to crossing a line, but it is honestly just typical Trump shit that We see every day.

Oh brother.

The "Law and order" candidate who ran "We either have rules, or we don't have rules" and his supporters, have been reduced to "A lot of people would have taken that meeting", "How surprising is it? People knew who would they were voting for" etc.

The ABSOLUTLEY matters. He defamed Clinton as "crooked" - implying that he, therefore, was not - and look at what's happening.

Democrats need to hold his feet as close to the fire as they can. They are not obstructing. That is what the GOP did to Obama and Dems to Bush post 2006.
