Read the latest tweets of Trump. Maybe he is going to start a war with Iran for his Saudi friends?

That would be the end of the world. Iran, in my opinion, are the second biggest danger to the world ending in nuclear war.

People do realize the whole "alternative fact" thing was just because Trump was butt hurt about his Inauguration attendance? Why do we have to keep talking about it.

Because it came from the Trump white house. So it's quite fitting for what they're trying to tell us.

Because it just shows what kind of enemy we're dealing with -- people who lie and try to pretend that they're not, and the rubes who believe their con. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to mourn for the victims of the Bowling Green Massacre.

The Travel Ban was halted due to a Federal Judge from Washington. More than anything it is good to know that Trump has limitations.

Do you remember what standing is? I said nothing about the venue. Here is a link to Washington v. Trump: http://tinyurl.com/zrh2q2rThe plaintiff in the case is the State of Washington (and Minnesota). It basically looks like the Federal District Judge for the Western District of Washington (Judge Robart) found standing basd on a generalized grievance (the impacted immigrants pay taxes and have jobs in the state) when he granted the nationwide temporary restraining order.

Re: The Trump Era: The Awkward Mix of Libertarianism and Fas
^That same argument could have been used to block enforcement (at least temporarily) of any law applicable to the citizens of a state prior to an injury of an invidual who actually might have standing, though the state would likely not.
