 Networking Events I was just wondering if anyone if anyone ever tried them? Do you find them useful? I've always been as a "free drinks and food" and as a "vendor" I have just never really heard any personal stories. Anyone ever have any good experiences with them? I always found them as a crapshoot for HR departments. The best I've ever had is just meeting someone outside of the vendors and done work with them on the side outside of anyone on the event. So I guess you can call that a semi success, but nothing monumental. I don't think when I was a representative we ever followed through with anyone that was at an event.
