I am just interested and I am sure there is a thread already on this, but what the heck..   What got me interested was Flava'd vs. The World. Surely this is a reference to Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, but where does the 'Flava'd' part come from? My guess is Flava Flav, am I right?  Anyway, Algren, quite unsurprisingly, comes from The Last Samurai. I had (and still do have) a special connection to that film. My username has been that ever since 2003. What's your username story? |

Loved The X-Files. Still do. Though I'm not even particularly fond of the character upon which my name is based. And I also like the anonymity of a name like Mr. X. Spelling it out as Mister Ecks was Korrgan's idea. Never changed it back. |

I didn't want to go with Deep Throat. Imagine how embarrassing and humiliating a name like that could be! A name most often synonymous with giving away secrets. That kind of thing would stick with you! New server, same X. |
