Re: Biggest Loser apparently lost too much weight I literally JUST read this. And agree with both of you. She probably dropped 5-10 lbs too much, but she needed to to win. She'll gain that little weight back and be essentially perfect. She could even stay at 105 and be fine. I'm only 115 and 5'8/9". And I'm the healthiest person I know.

Re: Biggest Loser apparently lost too much weight I watched the last 10 minutes of this last night even though I don't watch the show. She did seem scary thin at 105 pounds (which was a loss of like 160 pounds from where she started) but if she gains another 15 or so back she'll be in great shape.

Re: Biggest Loser apparently lost too much weight My wife watches the show sometimes, but I never liked the risks of losing so much so quickly (potential heart and liver issues). That said, I happened to walk in when they were showing the before and after of the woman. The judges' faces were like ghosts!
