Not a shred of evidence linking her to the crime AND they already have a guy in jail whose DNA was all over the scene~! If this was in USA or UK, Knox and her old BF wouldnt have ever even faced trial.

This case has been so ridiculous considering there really is no evidence showing she committed the crime. The fact the actual killer is getting less time than the other two is also ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if this case was pursued so much because of Knox's offbeat actions early on and thus they think those are the reason to be found guilty. Magnus is right though, she is hot.

If the U.S. doesn't extradite her, and it appears unlikely they actually will given double jeopardy laws and all that, she just...stays in America unjailed, correct?

And Rudy Geduea will serve like 10 years and probably get out and kill again. The guy already killed one person and served almost no time for it. He is probably a serial killer. I love there ridiculous argument that one person couldn't have killed her like murders like that don't happen all the time.
