Re: Let's name the worst places in America
I hear North Dakota is pretty rough too, I haven't had a reason to go there yet and every time I'm close enough to drive through it just say I've been there it just never seems to work out.

Seems most of you could just say, "The rural places where there isn't a Starbucks on every corner" and call it a day.

Starbucks food is terrible! This thing called Tim Horton's that they have in Canada is worse though.

Re: Let's name the worst places in America
Don't try it bitch, it's not my fault you have low standards for food. I had a sandwich and a donut there last month and it was horrible. Dry bread, no richness in the flavour. It's a great country but I'm not a fan of Tim Horton's. This place where they make Pita breads with stuff inside them is amazing though.
And that would be Peru, fyi. Where the food is amazing. I can't say the same for my other country, England...

Re: Let's name the worst places in America
I couldn't remember the name lol. I think it's "Pita Pit". But then there's a pub called the Pit on campus so maybe I'm getting confused. But they do make pita breads with things inside them, yummy things.

No. http://www.statehealthfacts.org/comparetable.jsp?ind=1016&cat=11&sub=216&yr=262&typ=1&sort=a&rgnhl=10At the end of 2008 there were 16,087 people in DC with HIV/AIDS. In Maryland (not Baltimore) there were 34,141. Even assuming all of those people lived in Baltimore, that would still not be 1/3. I doubt even the worst places in Africa with a population over of 100,000 have an HIV rate of 1 in 3 people.

El Centro, California and Bakersfield are fairly shitty places. Too hot and the cities are dying.

Re: Let's name the worst places in America
I mean, Camden is awful, but it's right next to Philadelphia. Gary is awful, but it's right next to Chicago. At least Detroit and Buffalo have interesting architecture and music scenes. Baltimore is a great city, despite its problems. New Jersey has plenty of cool spots. The Bronx? Are you shitting me? It's among the few authentically New York places left. The entire South? Virginia? Get the fuck out of here. But the Indian Reservations of the west? Holy shit.
