Re: Would you rather fight... Rather fight the chimpanzees...with the idea that their strongest is much weaker than the gorilla I think with a certain added wit I should.be able to fare better than one nearly undefeatably beast.

Chimpanzees are quite aggressive, though. Spear the gorilla in the face from 3 metres away and it's job done. I guess I'm not feeling that confident about my spear skills, I think I would choose the machete instead too...and hope that hurting one chimp would scare the others....a gorilla it just sounds like I wouldn't haven't any chance at all and he just seems more imposing really.

I get that. But still, one-on-one, it's you or him. But you or three of them, surely it's an odds game. Re: Would you rather fight... I understand even one chimpanzee is not easy feat to fight...but let's say the situation was 1 Vitali Klitschko in his prime, or 3 Rhonda Rousey's (in her prime), who would you choose then?
Also I just checked what the running top speed of a Gorilla and Chimp are, they're 20 and 25 miles per hour respectively, which pretty much means outrunning either of them is no option.
ALSO, I read somewhere a spear would be very helpful in fending of a Gorilla, he will admit the threat basically, so that would probably the best option to getting out alive.

I would take the gorilla and the spear in hopes I can throw it through his head before he's made, like McGregor vs Mayweather I'm probably going to lose but maybe I can get one miracle punch. The chimps is death, you're lucky to kill 1 and you have to kill 3. In either case you have to win before they make physical contact with you basically. As soon as it's their strength vs yours it's over. With 3 on 1 you can't kill them all before they touch you.
