I might actually go with the gorilla. It would surely be big, and I would have to land a death blow, but I think the chimpanzees would be much more aggressive. Even if I managed to kill one the other two would destroy me before I got the chance to react. And from what I hear chimpanzees are incredibly strong.

I dunno if it matters, both will most likely kill you. Almost certainly actually.

I think the gorilla would allow you to have the first strike. But if you don't spear it in the neck or eye ball right then and there, ape rage would guarantee your doom.

Hmm, maybe we need to have an automatic handgun hidden in the arena. The only risk would be that one of the chimps finds it. But maybe that's a better way to die than getting your face eaten.

Ehh, an enraged silverback gorilla would kill you within seconds. Unless you are a master with the spear, you've got just as much of a chance as against the chips. ZERO.

Gorillas are typically more passive creatures than Chimpanzees. This is a really easy answer; I'd much rather fight a gorilla and stand a chance.

At least with a gorilla you might have a chance at intimidation or feigning death and maybe getting the drop on the sucker. Fighting 3 chimps is always going To be a loss unless you have a really good gun.

Round One: People chose to fight the GORILLA by a wide margin.

It also seems like a lot of people think they couldn't defeat either of the last opponents, so we're going to upgrade the weapon to a sword. Not that a lot of people can do that much with one. So what about...

With a sword and possibly a hand gun with one bullet somewhere in this arena.

That sounds like a much better time. I'd battle up to twenty of those before fighting one huge chicken!

I think victory is much more likely against either the Kangaroo or Chicken. I would be afraid of the Chicken's enormous beak but with either beast if you can get one good hack near their neck or head then you'll have them beat. This one is probably 50/50 though in either case.

The chicken.

I suspect many of you have never seen a fighting chicken. In addition to their beak, they can tear you to ribbons with their claws.

The kangaroo, on the other hand, has a claw in their feet that can slash you while the force of their kick breaks your back. For that reason, I think I still might agree with the forming consensus of giant chicken.

I'd fight the chicken. Because they're deadly from in front and behind. If I can get behind the chicken, I'd have a shot.
