http://us-politics.news.designerz.com/u ... ?d20050309 According to the papers and that website, Bush and party want to give america a National Tartan Day on April 6th as an official holiday... Whilst over in Scotland we dont even have one.. This is the dumbest thing ive ever heard; its like Turkey holding a national day for Australia...doh |

It's not declared a national holiday, it's yet another meaningless resolution by the Congress. |
