I'm almost done with my residency as an ER doctor! 2 years eight months done! It's a three year course!

I'll get my degree as a specialist by March 2021

So I traveled to my clinical rotation to the toxicology hospital in Guadalajara Mexico (second most populated metropolitan area in Mexico) and oh god how disappointed I am. It's nowhere near Monterrey as a city and don't get me started on Mexico City.
This feels like peak third world country. Monterrey and Mexico City are way too different they look like actual big cities worthy of calling themselves the best Mexican cities.
This? Is like a big town. And somehow it's the second most populated city in Mexico. Peak third world city.

Also this wknd BROKE ME, It all started on Wednesday night with my night shift where I isn't sleep, proceeded to sleep two hours on Thursday afternoon, got up, went with my friends to a drag show, got wasted got got home around 8am, woke up HUNGOVER AF, then went to my night shift where ONCE AGAIN barely had. An hour or sleep went to my friend's house and then went for lunch, we made a road trip to Tequila took the tour and got back to Guadalajara at around 9 pm, I hit the sofa in the living room, watched Takeover: WarGames, played Pokemon Sword and theeeeen fell asleep on the sofa at like 3am. Today I woke up at fucking 1pm ate, sleep another our and a half, watched Frozen, and now Survivor Series fucking KOd me. Still tired as fuck. Thank God tomorrow is my final night shift and then a week off work!
