News like this always puts me on edge for a bit. I know COVID and a number of other viruses can be deadly, but I can at least take precautions to prevent getting them pretty well. It's the randomness and unpredictable nature of a bug bite or sting that gets me.

One of my neighbors died from a red wasp sting a couple months ago here after just a day. I don't know what her health situation was, clearly the reaction was deadly, but she seemed relatively healthy and was always active in her garden.

Yeah, the scorpion bites depend 100% on how much venom the scorpion inyects into the body.

This gurl, I had to give her six(!!) Bottles of antivenin. That's double of what I had ever used before for a "severe case". I 100% thought the girl was gonna die and I was ready to do cpr but thankfully she recovered after the sixth shot of antivenin

And yikes, it sounds like your neighbor was maybe allergic to it? Poor girl, anaphylactic shock is one of the worst ways to die.

She must have been allergic. I found out from a different neighbor who said she was stung the previous day by one and wasn't feeling well. So she went inside to tend to the sting and get some rest, but was found dead the next day. Don't know her age, but I'd guess she was 45/50.

That's a terrible way to die and if you're not feeling well why don't see a doctor for this?
