The more I know about it, the more it seems so to me.

Yeah, I'm becoming more wary of it too. It just doesn't seem like a conventional religious organization, more like a mix between a scam org and a cult.

I think the real question here is, are landmines dangerous?

A scam "org", eh?

Don't suppose you'd know anything about putting on ethics on people, would you, box? :er:

Ask Princess Diana. That brave soul spent years of her life campaigning against and walking through minefields only to eventually die at the hands of a car. Or a child with AIDS. I forget...

The answer is... I don't know.

'Org''s an abbreviation scientologists use a lot. To excess even. It's all part of their unique brand of newspeak we may all one day be talking.

All religions are dangerous if you take them to the extreme.

How about you explain why you think Scientology is dangerous instead of tossing about a question.

What's the purpose of this? Is any religion dangerous? Of course, when in fanatical hands, so I guess you're suggesting that Scientology is in fanatical hands or run by fanatics.

Christians and Muslims are trying to convince Europe to teach school children that the Earth is 6000 years old. Christian fundamentalists have already cost the school district of Dover, PA $1 million in legal fees and made them a laughing stock. They are now trying to the do the same thing in Florida and Texas. Bush says he invaded Iraq because Jesus told him to.

I'm sorry, but how does Scientology compete with any of this?

According to sworn testimonies from seemingly countless upper-level management Scientologists who have escaped the business, the "church" commits felonies as a matter of policy. So much so that several countries have designated Scientology a threat to their national security and monitor the "church" like they do any other crime syndicate. You may view many such testimonies at ww.xenu.net.

Also Muslims and Christians don't charge hundred thousands of dollars to attend meetings, etc.

No, they just invade countries and kill thousands of people for their God. Yeah, much better.

And I'm not defending Scientologists. They're all crazy. I just don't see any evidence that they're any crazier than that guy Munk-E voted for President.

1. So you're saying that YOUR party, the Democrats, are JUST as crazy as Bush.

2. This will be my first year that I can vote. Learn your facts.

I don't recall any Democrat saying they invaded a country because Jesus told them to the way Bush did.

Yeah, coming from you that means exactly zilch. So SUPPORTED for president, not voted. Duly noted.

You are saying that religious nuts are idiots.

A TON of Democrats are Scientologists. SO that means a TON of Democrats are idiots.

And all of this was discovered by...  A REPUBLICAN!

This world is twisted.
