And exactly when did you witness any human tragedy caused by communism?

The principles of communism are sound, it's human nature that fucked them up.

Whatever they've got in China. They have the worst of communism and capitalism. How can you top that?

I'm not a fan of any of these either. Of course, if socialists bothered me, I'd be out of luck as every industrialized nation in the world is socialist to some extent.

Communism and capitalism are types of economies, not types of governments.

I pretty much dislike every group that doesn't listen to reason and basic common sense.

I think this is worst in the USA. I don't know why but it seems that from a young age you are taught to be either liberal or republican, and anything that the other says is wrong. It's such a toxic political environment. I just do not believe that any one human is truly 100% conservative or truly 100% liberal. There are so many policies and areas of politics, and no way can you think conservatively or liberally on every single one of them. It is absurd. Most people in the US are ignorant to the other political party. If a republican says anything, they are classed by their party preference, not by what they actually said. And vice-versa. I just hate that culture where people are either branded a Trump-and-God-loving-gun-toting-racist-homophobe or a LGBT-loving-socialist-scrounger. Like, Jesus, there is an in-between!

Personally, I do not class myself as any political party or persuasion. My views range from far right to far left and all in-between on all manner of issues, but the average of my views range firmly in the middle. I did a test and came out as economically right bang in the middle and socially left-leaning middle. My thoughts are closer to Ghandi than Hitler. And while this feels correct, it still feels like box-placing. For me, it totally depends on the topic.

Anyway, back to the topic. I think the worst kind of social ideology at the moment is from the people that are offended and triggered by absolutely everything. They're increasingly annoying, and do not actually want peace. They want trouble, and thrive on causing it.

I generally dislike people that claim they are moderate or independent. Typically, these are the least informed people on most political and social issues. And that is fine but I loathe when they take their "independence" or "moderation" as true enlightenment. Just admit you have no real opinion and move on. I won't judge you.

Ideology 1: I want to build a bridge.
Ideology 2: I don't want to build a bridge.
Moderate: Why don't you compromise?

Also dislike people that constantly say "fake news" whenever the NYT/CNN/WaPo reports something. These people couldn't spot fake news or bias if it hit them in the face.

Mark Cuban defines as an independent. I wouldn't say he has no real opinion.

Algren, you bring up some good points. The American political system is toxic and polarizing.

Wait, so you don't like socialists or libertarians? Secularists or religious conservatives? Capitalists or communists?

You only like people who have no strong opinions either way, is that it?

EDIT: Just realized this was a resurrected thread! And things haven't changed that much...

Nazis, I hate those guys
And hoping Dennis Rodman moves to an undisclosed location in Western USA so NK won't bomb us, out of fear of killing him.

If one platform is wrong it doesn’t make an alternative right.
