It says at the bottom of the forum thread list page that 100 guests have visited the site today. Anyone know what might have caused that? Was KJ linked to some other forum in a post or something?

Thats not too many. Could also be members, before hey have logged in. That counts as a guest.

It sounds like a lot to me. Heck anything over a couple dozen visitors, registered or not, sounds like a lot to me, considering this is basically a personal website. It's great though, I'm glad to see it, and I know Baba, Eagle and others have put work into making it happen.

Here is a site a lot of oscar watchers check: http://www.geninn.net/critics/2004/index.htm, and as you can see at the bottom-left of the page, there is a new link to KJ, along with some well-known sites on the net. I posted the link in OW forum, and Engin liked it enough to join. :) I haven't found other similar referrals from the places I visit often, but I definitely think the word is spreading.

That seems correct. Anyone who comes in without their account logged in will first be a guest and then will sign in under a user account - so that person would seem to be doubled up as 2.
