So, we're gonna decide on who exactly users agree is "teh hottest" female. I'd like to restrict this to actresses and musicians (well, if someone like Britney Spears can even be called a musician). Here's how it'll work: Round 1 - Nomination. Mention a name in this thread, and, before it's added to "TEH LIST", it'll have to be mentioned by two others (in ways other than "Such and such isn't hot"). This will last until Wednesday at 8:00 PM, EST (well, I hope). Round 2 - Lists. To move on to Round 3, we're all going to have to make some ballots of five favorites from "TEH (final) LIST". You'll submit them via PM, and, I'll tally them up. The top FOUR females will move on to the finals. Will last until a week from Wednesday, at 8:00 PM, EST. Unless... *Round 2 1/2 (if necessary) - Runoffs. This will be summed up later. Round 3 - Finals. Most likely a ballot, with the possibility of a poll. Again, this will be summed later, as it depends on whether runoffs are necessary or not. For now, we're in Round 1. Suggest some names!
