Portal 2 - 10/10 - everything you could want in a game. And Spoiler: show Dark Souls - I quit in 2 days. Bad purchase. I feel bad for the people who put themselves through that. Must be like getting a tattoo that covers your neck. Shame though, cause the graphics were great and the boss fights fun. |

Final Fantasy 13-2 I picked up FF 13 for like $20 bucks and people said it sucked but for $20 it was actually quite good and gave around 60 hours of gameplay. I got FF 13-2 for about $10 bucks and I have played about 20 hours in and the storyline is not as interesting but the gameplay is better. I never buy games at full price because no game is worthwhile at 67 $ bucks... I usually drop by my the local Gamestop and pick up a game for cheap and play it. |

Just started Assassin's Creed 3, Far Cry 3, and Skyrim all in this same week. It's sort of a weird coincidence that all 3 of these games involve fighting wild animals, since I'm not usually into that sort of thing. |

Fight Bears in Red Dead Redemption was the best part of the game... I remember there was a challenge to kill a bear with a knife... Your riding your horse and you get jumped by 2-3 bears was wohh |

I played through the entire Uncharted franchise over the past few weeks, starting with the remastered Nathan Drake collection, then finishing with Uncharted 4 over the past weekend. Fantastic series, with a fantastic final chapter. The water effects in 4 are ridiculously good. |

Recently beat Mario RPG - while my favorite RPGs are Chrono Trigger and Earthbound, what's great one is in addition to the RPG format it still has a lot of running and jumping on platforms like a regular Mario game. Very beautifully designed game Donkey Kong Country 2 - this was my favorite of the scroll screen 2D games when I was a kid and playing it again it lived up to my memory, I just find the levels, worlds, enemies, animal friends token collecting to all be perfect, and the music is one of the best ever The Secret of Monkey Island & The Curse of Monkey Island - I never played these before (I played some other point and clicks like Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Grim Fandango, Broken Sword when I was a kid) but these are great, probably the funniest games I've ever seen. I slightly favor Curse for having the beautiful visuals and voice acting and the best side character in Murray. Going to pay Monkey Island 2 next. A Monkey Island movie would probably have one of the best chances of breaking the "no good video game movies" curse... |

I played Detroit: Become Human today. What an experience! It's like Minority Report crossed with I, Robot. I played Late Shift earlier in the day and I thought that was cool, but Detroit is on another planet of awesomeness. I cannot wait to play it again. |

1. Bought Battlefield V for the Fire Blackout type mode. Not too excited about the gameplay but I might dabble again. 2. Ubisoft is giving away Assassin's Creed Unity on PC so ya'll can enjoy the Notre Dame Cathedral before it got torched. I'd rather have the PS4 version of it though. 3. The zombie game World War Z is out on all platforms. I've been waiting for this and watched some gameplay. Looks fun and fast paced. Priced at 40$. |
