After a month of not bathing/cleaning you pretty much couldn't go out in public, which means no work/income, no social life, all food has to be delivered, etc. $100,000 isn't enough. Not to mention the rashes/illnesses you'd develop. You might not even live to see the $100,000.
Although, if you're uncircumsised you could do both and get $1.1 million.
