She looks like when the alien took over Vincent D'Onofrio's body in Men in Black.

It looks like she had all the blood and fat in everything above her cheeks just sucked out. Before, she had a cute and natural round face. Now it looks like someone shoved a wooden board halfway up her face sideways and crammed all the tissue and muscle back into her skull.

Well that's cute, but it's trying too hard on such a small issue. Renee looks like a totally different human being, and that is cause for discussion.

Yeah, she looks fine, I guess, but the bigger issue is that someone shouldn't look so drastically different willfully. If she had suffered a serious injury, I would understand.

A cutesy article like that erases the fact that this is not a healthy option for people. I don't believe light procedures are completely evil. In fact certain celebrities that seemingly never age actually use the correct amount and look kind of good. But then there's this total 180 degree change in personal appearance that is kind of repulsive in its allure to the rich and famous that it promises to make the AGING celebrity look young again when, more often than not, it does the opposite.

I don't know whose side is more cringe-worthy: those that believe she looks A-OK, thus justifying this sickening practice of not just slowing down the clock but trying to reverse it; or, the equally sickening people who believe it's A-OK to ridicule this person for her choices rather than point out how sad it is that she felt the need to do it in the first place.

And I do realize I fall into the second category with my Men in Black comparison above. Hey, I never claimed to be a good person.

It is absolutely fascinating. ;) I stare at the picture, and I just absolutely do not see her.

I absolutely agree. Now, if she looked like this from the beginning it would be different. But she's totally unrecognizable now. If someone told me that picture was a celebrity that had work done and I didn't already know I wouldn't have been able to guess. It's sad. She looked fine before.

I believe she's really ruined her career, which admittedly wasn't much of one lately. They certainly can't do a third Bridget Jones movie now with her. And they can't very well cast someone else because that would be weird. I guess she can just do voice work for animated movies.

She almost has to start from the bottom now. She needs to pull a Mickey Rourke and get her "Wrestler." Maybe she can play a lesbian body builder with a substance abuse problem :P. Then she'll get all kinds of acclaim and an Oscar nomination and maybe she'll get a role in a Marvel movie ;).

Hopefully she saved a bunch of her money from when she was working.

You should see her in motion. She looks recognisable as Renee Zellweger again.
