Brad Stevens is a sorcerer. I don't have any other explanation. Oh, it also helps that the Bucks don't have a competent head coach. Their roster is incredibly talented, but they're running around like a chicken with its head cut off. |

Is it that hard to figure out? First line is hyperbolic (SURPRISE! He's not an actual sorcerer), but he's why the Celtics defense is so good. The second is why the Celtics offense is over performing. |

I guess Sixers might just make the finals this year. Raptors offense is much better than last two years but not sure they can reach the defensive intensity that was necessary in their ECF run |

Philly looks great, but I still don't see them having the endurance necessary to make the finals. As bad as they have looked so far, the Cavs are still the only team that makes sense. |

Philly's got a shot because everyone in the East looks atrocious. The East usually isn't very good, but I feel like for the first maybe ever that anyone 1-8 in the West could beat whoever comes out of the East in the Finals, with the exception being the Spurs. |

Last night should've clinched it for the Celtics. If Jaylen doesn't try to drive in the last 40 seconds of Game 4, or if a foul was actually called on that play (which the NBA later admitted they missed), the Celtics probably win that game. Oh well, just have to get Game 6 on the road I guess. Having Smart back also gave the team a nice needed boost. |

Donovan Mitchell is basically young D Wade Glad to be done with the Wizards, if VanVleet played it would've been a 5 game series. Not bad. Now hopefully Celtics and Cavs lose |

 Probably biggest Raptors choke I've seen considering the defense on Lebron was great. There's a difference between just blowing a game and visibly looking like your style of play changed because of pressure, and that was the latter. The amount of wide open shots and bunnies missed in last 5 minutes kills me. On to Game 2 |

The media will trash on the Raptors for being chokers but they are as much overperformers in the regular season. Their starting lineup is 2 non All NBA guards as their stars (Lowry and Derozan), a rookie role player (Anunoby), a mediocre big man at this point in his career (Ibaka) and a non defending post big man which is being phased out in the NBA (Valanciunas). That's not winning the title. We just try harder than the Cavs in the regular season. |

Just have to win one in Philly. If they do I think the Celtics have it in 5. If not, it's probably going 7 again. And how much real estate does Lebron own in the mindset of the Raptors organization? The Cavs are not that good, but I don't see how they don't sweep the Raptors now. I'm also getting way too ahead of myself, but somehow, if it ends up Celtics/Cavs, the Celtics have a better chance against them this year then they did last year. That's insane considering what's happened. I don't think anyone should still be underestimating the Celtics against anyone in the East at this point. Still a long way to go though. Too early to call Jayson Tatum a superstar? Is it possible to sign Brad Stevens to a lifetime contract? |

Not mad. Series was already over and at least they made 4th quarter close and forced Lebron into a memorable game winner. |

Yeah the Raptors fighting back with DeRozan on the bench was actually really impressive. I could see them winning game 4 and maybe even 5 now. Though obviously I'd prefer some more rest for Bron. |
