Yea i was kind of surprised they went with Month of May, the song you're referring to, instead of something more upbeat like Rococo. Haven't caught the live performance of Month of May though yet

I couldn't even watch it for fear of seizing. I also was so ashamed of how it sounded (lots of inaudible screaming), that I put it on mute and played 'Suburbs' over my iPhone from YouTube.
